Q1. Who can register for FIRS Online services? Any Corporate body or
Enterprise situated in Nigeria or Taxable individual living in FCT can register
for FIRS Online services.
Q2. What do I need to enrol for online payment?
(a) A Tax Card issued by your Bank (b) A Taxpayer Identification Number
(TIN) (c) A working GSM phone and (d) An email address.
Q3. How do I start the enrolment process?
On the FIRS online portal home page, click on the new user signup icon and
enter your Taxpayer Identification Number. Then enter your tax card number and
click on the continue button to proceed. In step 2, fill out all the form fields
with the correct details, preview it and submit the form
Q4. How do I log-in to the payment portal?
If your registration was successful, you will be sent a password to your
gsm phone and the email address you provided. Click on the New user login icon
on the registration confirmation page or follow the link in the email or text
message recieved and supply the details in the log-in form provided. You will be
taken to a “change password” page where you will be required to change your
password to a more personalized password.
Q5. How do I make payment?
Payments are easy and simple. When logged into the secure section of the
payment portal, click on the make payment link to see the payment form. Simply
follow the instructions.
Q6. How do I get a payment receipt?
Once payment is processed by the payment gateway correctly, you will
receive an email and a text message and also an online receipt will also be
printed on the payment browser page for your records. You are expected to print
a copy of the email and the browser page.
Q7. How do I contact support if I cannot enrol to use the service?
On the top corner of this browser page there is a 'contact us' link, click on it
and fill the corresponding form. We will get back to you in reasonable time with
instructions on what to do
